At The Couture Lounge, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

Return Conditions
For change-of-mind returns, we ask that items are returned unworn, unwashed and, where possible, with their original tags and packaging.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting loss in value.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for upgraded delivery services are generally non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
